Discord Commands¶
/info¶
The /info command provides information about the bot, including its version, build number and
a link to the documentation.
/subscriptions¶
The /subscriptions command can be used to view and manage the news subscriptions for the guild.
This command can not be used in DMs.
/subscriptions list¶
List the currently active subscriptions for the guild. This subcommand shows all the active news subscriptions for the guild, including all the channels.
/subscriptions new¶
Usage: /subscriptions new <type>
Create a new news subscription in the current channel. The <type> argument is mandatory, and
determines the type of news to subscribe to. The bot will auto-complete the possible types
when you start typing.
Built-in types include:
Super Earth News: News dispatches from the Super Earth News service.War Updates: Updates about the ongoing galactic war. When a planet is under attack, or the liberation of a planet is starting to ramp up, the bot will post updates.
/subscriptions remove¶
Usage: /subscriptions remove <id>
Remove a news subscription from the guild. The <id> argument is mandatory, and
can be obtained from the /subscriptions list command.
/motivate¶
The /motivate command can be used to get a random motivational poster. The bot will generate a
motivational poster with a random quote and image, and post it in the current channel.
An optional topic argument can be provided to select a specific topic for the motivational
poster. The bot will auto-complete the possible topics when you start typing.
/poster¶
Usage: /poster <ministry> <text>
The /poster command can be used to generate a poster with user-provided content.
The <ministry> argument is mandatory, and determines the ministry to be used for the styling
of the poster. It determines the color scheme and the logo used in the poster.
The <text> argument is also mandatory, and is the text to be displayed on the poster.
/assignments¶
The /assignments command can be used to create a
dynamic message for the currently active assignments.
/planet¶
Usage: /planet <planet>
The /planet command can be used to create a
dynamic message with information about a
specific planet.
The <planet> argument is mandatory, and must be a valid planet name. The bot will auto-complete
the possible planet names when you start typing.
/map¶
Display the current state of the galaxy map. The bot will post an image of the galaxy map in the current channel.
